An excellent opportunity has become available for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Specialist or Sales Consultant at Meditech Marketing. As part of a highly successful team, you will primarily assist in the distribution of our Medtronic Spine and Neurosurgery products through regular theatre attendance across multiple hospitals within the Perth Metro area. There is also an chance for a Clinical Consultant to advance into a Sales Consultant role.
Key responsibilities
- Providing on-site technical support to healthcare professionals on the use of our products
- Assisting with product demonstrations and educating customers on the features and benefits of our solutions
- Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting any product-related issues
- Maintaining and update customer information and interactions
- Participating in ongoing product training and introduction of new products
- Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained
What we're looking for
- Experience in hospital theatre environment is essential
- Relevant qualification in a health-related field with knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Experience in a similar clinical support role with leadership potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with healthcare professionals
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
