Our client is highly reputable and locally based Pilbara MEM partner to the mining sector. They are looking to grow their core team and have various Residential and 2:1 FIFO Supervisor positions.

The role includes operational day-to-day management of maintenance projects and shutdowns within safety, timing and budget parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring site safety protocols and standards are applied across all work undertaken;
- Supervision of maintenance projects and shutdown activities across a number of client sites, including all internal and external labour requirements
- Supporting your team with constructability reviews during scoping
- Assisting in the development of appropriate contracts for implementation of project and shutdown works
- Providing clear communication, information and input to team during the project lifecycle process; and
- Liaise closely with operations clients to ensure that any maintenance project and shutdown execution plans are facilitated at site level.

Skills & Experience:

- A relevant trade qualification
- Current Section 26 Statutory Supervisor certification (WA)
- Demonstrated 10 years supervisory experience




- Proven ability to diagnose problems and implement prevention controls
- Able to develop, communicate and adhere to implementation and execution schedules
- Manage multiple tasks at once
- Good computer skills with the ability to use integrated management systems, word processing, and spread sheet applications
- Past experience in managing costs and budgeting
- A high-level of understanding all relevant legislation relevant to role in the mining industry in WA.
- Able to read and understand mechanical drawings.
