About the role

You will be the first point of contact for customers exploring our range of fibreglass pools, plunge pools, custom concrete pools, spas and swim spas — guiding them from initial enquiry through to a confirmed sale. You will help customers with pool chemicals, water testing and general product advice in-store.

Key responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in-store, by phone, and via online enquiries

- Understand customer needs and recommend the right pool, spa or feature package

- Prepare quotes and guide customers through the buying process

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers

- Stay up to date on our product range, including Compass pool features (self-cleaning, 3D colours, hydrostatic protection, etc.)

- Support pool chemical and water testing sales and provide basic customer advice

- Maintain a well-presented showroom and displays

About you





- Previous sales or retail experience (pool, outdoor living, or trade industry experience a plus, but not essential)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Self-motivated with a genuine interest in helping customers

- Comfortable with basic quoting, admin and CRM tasks

- A team player who thrives in a small, close-knit local business

- Driver's licence essential
