The Bowen Hosptial is seeking applications for a Senior Radiographer to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your prospect

To provide independent, senior level clinical knowledge, skills, experience and leadership within the provision of clinical diagnostic imaging services to clients of the Bowen Hospital and Collinsville MPHS.

About the Team

Our Medical Imaging Department delivers a range of services including, General Radiography (CR) and (DR), Computed Tomography (CT) (Dual Source), Ultrasound, Theatre II, Interventional Fluoroscopy, Cardiac Catheter Laboratory and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).

Bowen is situated at the top of the Whitsundays about 2 hrs drive from two larger towns Mackay to the south and Townsville to the North. There is a small,



allied health team who work together to provide the allied health services to Bowen on site and Collinsville MPHS as an outreach service. The role is diverse and interesting covering inpatient and outpatient services across all ages. Bowen is a 27 bed Hospital, sub-acute inpatient beds, emergency department and oncology and renal day patient services.

Our Medical Imaging Department delivers a range of services including, General Radiography (CR) and (DR), Computed Tomography (CT) and Orthopantomogram (OPG).
