Job Description

Egis is looking for an experienced M&E; Technician with Electrical Qualifications to complement our Maintenance team in Sydney looking after Transurban’s Sydney Southern Network. This will include the motorway and tunnel workplace covering the Eastern Distributor, Cross City Tunnel, M5 East, M5 South-West, M4 West, M4 East, M8, M4–M5 Link and Rozelle Interchange - 40km's of interconnected tunnels and open road motorways.

Reporting to the M&E; Supervisors, these positions are responsible for maintaining the Mechanical and Electrical equipment in both open road & tunnel environments working in a team of skilled M&E; Technicians including inspecting and maintaining the following systems amongst other tasks in an industrial environment.

- HV&LV; Electrical Distribution Systems

- HVAC & Exhaust Systems

- Fire Systems

- Mechanical Ventilation Systems

- Water Treatment Facilities

- Drainage and Tunnel Sumps

Candidates holding electrical qualification, MR licence and experience working in a similar environment are encouraged to apply, as are those from outside the industry with transferrable skill sets.
