About the role

Bennco Group is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with genuine potential to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate. This is a fantastic prospect for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a real impact from day one.

Key responsibilities

- Provide timely, practical HR advice and support to managers and employees

- Support recruitment and onboarding processes

- Oversee performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution

- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

- Support key HR projects and initiatives as required

- Own and maintain the integrity, accuracy, and security of employee data within the HRIS

- Assist with resource planning and allocation ahead of project kick-off, across multiple business areas

- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and internal policies

About you

- Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor or similar role

- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
