The Role We're looking for an experienced Control Systems Engineering Lead to join a Defence satellite communications program based in Canberra. This is a great opportunity for a senior engineer to provide technical leadership across a control segment's evolution — from establishing the current baseline through to shaping future capability.You'll liaise with Capability Sponsors, operators and other Defence stakeholders to define requirements and integration needs, helping ensure the capability stays resilient, effective and well-supported into the future.

RequiredCurrent NV1 security clearanceDemonstrated experience managing or assuring complex ICT, command and control, or operational support systemsSound understanding of Defence ICT and system integration environmentsAbility to translate user needs into requirements, acceptance criteria and engineering decisionsProven experience leading complex engineering activities involving multiple stakeholders
