With continued year-on-year growth across the group, we are seeking a reliable and capable Forklift / Yard Person to support our busy Projects & Production team at our Wangara site.

The role

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. You will help keep the yard, stock and material flows organised, protected and efficient, while supporting the preparation of transportable buildings for delivery.

Key responsibilities

•Coordinate the day-to-day movement and oversight of contractors and visitors in the yard.

•Receive, check, store and dispatch materials for the production environment.

•Maintain accurate stock and materials records, including regular stocktakes.

•Pick and pack materials for individual manufacturing projects.

•Safely move transportable buildings using a 10-tonne forklift.

•Assist with preparing buildings for delivery to customers.

•Maintain a clean,



organised and safe yard and storage areas.

•Complete deliveries and collections of materials as required to support manufacturing activities.

About you

We hire for attitude first and capability second. You will be dependable, safety-conscious and willing to take ownership of your work. You will communicate well with others, remain organised under pressure, and take pride in maintaining a professional yard and production environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

•At least two years’ experience in a production, manufacturing or comparable yard environment.

•Demonstrated warehousing, materials handling and stock-control experience.

•Strong forklift operating skills, including experience operating a minimum 10-tonne forklift.

•Intermediate computer skills and confidence using stock or production systems.

•Sound time-management, communication and problem-solving skills.

•The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced setting.

Licences required

•Current High Risk Work Licence — Forklift (LF).

•Current Construction Induction Card (White Card).
