We're currently recruiting a Senior Site Manager to lead the onsite delivery of a major high-rise residential development on the Gold Coast.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced leader who has successfully delivered complex, large-scale projects and can manage sizeable site teams through all construction stages.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall site operations
- Manage multiple Foremen and engineering teams
- Drive programme, safety, and quality outcomes
- Coordinate consultants and subcontractors
- Report directly to the Project Manager and Construction Manager

What We're Looking For

- Proven Senior Site Manager experience
- Experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent planning and project delivery capability
