Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a business transformation program focused on improving operational efficiency, customer outcomes and business processes across a complex healthcare services environment.

Working closely with operational stakeholders, business leaders and technology teams, you will play a key role in understanding current business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and supporting the successful delivery of change initiatives. You will be responsible for documenting current and future state processes, creating high-quality business analysis artefacts, supporting testing and implementation activities, and helping ensure solutions are aligned to business objectives.

This role requires a robust communicator who can build relationships across multiple stakeholder groups, navigate ambiguity and translate complex business problems into practical, implementable solutions. Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, health services, aged care or similarly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
