Opportunity
A well-established private practice in Perth's inner west is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to help meet growing patient demand.
The practice's principal dentist is currently booked out four to six weeks, and the practice is actively investing in growth, including new in-house 3D printing capability for crowns and bridges. There is a genuine opportunity here for the right clinician to build a strong, ongoing patient list.
Remuneration is commission-based and competitive, with particularly attractive terms on offer for an experienced dentist who can bring an existing patient base. Starting at two to three days a week, the role has real scope to grow toward full-time as the practice expands, and the practice is backed by a broader, growing healthcare group offering further long-term opportunities.
Key Highlights
- Competitive, commission-based remuneration reflecting experience
- Particularly attractive terms for a dentist bringing an existing patient base
- Well-managed book, booked out four to six weeks

You are an experienced, professional dentist who wants to be rewarded for a genuinely busy book rather than starting from scratch. You hold high clinical and ethical standards and are comfortable working alongside an established principal dentist in a well-run practice.
An existing patient base is highly regarded, though not essential.

- Deliver high-quality general dentistry to a growing patient base
- Manage a well-booked appointment schedule efficiently
- Utilise modern equipment, including digital and 3D printing technology
