Inspira Kids Early Learning Centre is a growing Child Care provider that prides itself in establishing Centres that provide an environment where children feel safe, nurtured, stimulated and happy.

Inspira Kids is looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Manager, who is available for an immediate start.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be required to complete the following duties as a Centre Manager:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Centre

- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of educators and teachers to deliver high-quality education and care

- Building and nurturing strong relationships with children, families, educators, the local community and all other stakeholders

- Ensuring that the Centre adheres to all relevant regulations and statutory requirements

- Improving the Centre's performance, including occupancy and financial targets

- Actively driving enrolments and supporting family retention

- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children, families, and staff

About You





The successful applicant must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and be able to meet the following criteria:

- Previous experience in a similar position

- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Children's Services

- Must have a clear understanding of the National Laws, National Regulations, Family Assistance Law and ACECQA National Quality Standards

- A current First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training)

- A current Working with Children's Check

- A positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to assist with a variety of duties

- Passionate about creating a calm and welcoming environment for our children

- Exceptional communication skills when engaging with various stakeholders
