About the Role:
As a CAD/BIM Operator with Secom Technical Services, you will deliver accurate CAD drawings, Revit models and BIM coordination for complex electronic security and construction projects, ensuring documentation integrity, compliance, and seamless project delivery from design through to completion. Working closely with project teams, clients and contractors, you'll maintain model accuracy, manage documentation standards, and support successful project outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BIM professional to contribute to long-term, high-profile projects while helping establish and grow their internal BIM and Revit capability. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants and site teams to support the successful delivery of complex security and technology infrastructure solutions.

What You'll Bring

- Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance
- Current Driver's Licence
- Minimum 5 years' experience using Revit within a construction environment
- Experience in BIM coordination, services clash detection and multidisciplinary project environments
- Strong commercial construction experience and understanding of project delivery processes
- Advanced AutoCAD and Revit capability
- Experience managing BIM models and construction documentation across project lifecycles
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented and cooperative approach to problem solving

Nice to Have

- Experience with Bluebeam, Visio, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms
- Knowledge of electronic security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection and intercom systems
- Experience working with Gallagher, Integriti, Milestone, Hanwha, ICT, Tecom or similar platforms
- White Card and relevant security or cabling registrations
- Diploma, Cert IV, trade qualification or equivalent experience in drafting, BIM, building services, electronics, electrical or communications
