Be part of a passionate team delivering world-class healthcare in one of Australia’s most stunning and diverse regions. In your new role you will provide high level project management support to the Business Improvement Manager. You will be supporting the successful implementation of the CHHHS Property Strategy and facility management goals for the organisation.

About your opportunity:

In this position you will…

- Participate as an effective team member and work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholder groups to achieve project outcomes and manage space planning which aligns with organisational objectives.
- Consolidate and maintain a centralised portfolio of office accommodation information, including floor plans, lease details, space sizes, maintenance schedules, services providers, and emergency contact information.
- Manage the implementation and ongoing development of space monitoring and booking system using best practice guidelines to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved.
