About the role
Take ownership of the day-to-day management and performance of a property portfolio, working closely with a single landlord. This is a varied role combining property management, leasing, facilities, tenant relationships and opportunities to improve asset performance. If you want to step outside of a traditional real estate office and take a consultative role to an investor this opportunity offers exactly that.
- Manage leasing from inspections to key hand over
- Arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
- Oversee facilities management across the portfolio
- Project manage minor renovations, budgets and trades
- Manage compliance with all relevant legislation
- Coordinate repairs, quotes and trades
- NCAT preparation and attendance as required

Experience required
- 5+ years residential property management experience
- Drivers license and reliable car
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisation skills
- Class 2 real estate license
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- The ability to work proactively and independently

- $110,000 + mileage allowance
