Job Duties:
· Draft, assess, and negotiate amendments or changes to existing contracts, service agreements, and project arrangements.
· Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to ongoing contracts, projects, programs, and service delivery for both internal and external stakeholders.
· Maintain and manage all administrative documentation and records linked to projects, services, and contractual obligations.
· Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, property owners, and other key stakeholders to ensure objectives, deadlines, and quality standards are achieved.
· Provide strategic advice and updates to senior management, highlighting matters that require executive attention and facilitating the execution of their directives.
· Supervise contractors’ work, monitor progress,
and report on any variations or deviations from approved project scopes or work orders.
· Prepare, evaluate, and present reports, submissions, and proposals related to the organisation’s operational or project activities.
· Gather and analyse project data to evaluate outcomes, identify trends, and support decision-making through comprehensive reporting.
· Coordinate and oversee arrangements for office relocations or expansions, including securing recent premises and ensuring smooth transitions.
Qualifications:
Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree
Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year work experience is required as a Project Coordinator
