Location: Mornington, TAS.

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 - subject to experience.

Howrah Plumbing is looking for skilled and highly motivated, Maintenance Works Coordinator/Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the role:

- Estimating works (small commercial/domestic)

- Coordinating projects from start to finish

- Liaising with Plumbers and contractors to deliver positive outcomes for our clients

- Delivering projects on time and on budget

- Understanding project finances

- Adhering to all Howrah Plumbing's policies and procedures including safety

Skills and experience:

- Demonstrated experience in the plumbing maintenance industry

- Current Cert III or IV in plumbing





- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations

- Exceptional organisational, time management and leadership skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Proficient in a number of computer software programs
