Mt Mulligan Lodge is seeking talented and passionate Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Front of House team.

The Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be an important part of the guest experience from the moment guests arrive. You will provide warm, professional and attentive service across the lodge’s dining and beverage offerings.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering friendly, polished and personalised food and beverage service
- Setting up, maintaining and packing down dining and bar areas
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
- Developing strong knowledge of menus, wine lists and lodge experiences
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
- Working closely with the kitchen and Front of House teams to ensure smooth service
- Building genuine connections with guests while maintaining a professional approach
- Assisting with a range of lodge events, private dining and special guest experiences
About You
You are a hospitality professional who enjoys working with people, takes pride in the details and understands that great service is about making guests feel genuinely welcome.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant hospitality qualifications and/or previous Food & Beverage experience
- A genuine interest in high-quality food, wine and guest service
- A confident, friendly and professional manner
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-end hospitality environment
- A positive approach, excellent personal presentation and a willingness to get involved
- The ability to hit the ground running and contribute to a close-knit lodge team
