About the role

Hammertime Kitchens is seeking a Qualified A Grade Cabinet Maker to join our skilled team.

Based in Baringa, QLD 4551, this position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in high-quality cabinet making and contribute to the creation of bespoke kitchen solutions for our clients.

You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and precision work that defines our reputation in the industry. This is a hands-on role that combines traditional skills with modern techniques to produce superior cabinetry.

What you'll be doing

- Constructing high-quality cabinetry and bespoke kitchen solutions according to client specifications and architectural drawings.

- You'll work with the best in the business who care about there work and want to make your job fun and enjoyable.

- Operating and maintaining specialised woodworking machinery and hand tools with precision and safety in mind

- Selecting appropriate materials and hardware, ensuring quality standards are met

- Measuring, cutting, and assembling cabinet components with meticulous attention to detail. From your standard box to high end 2 pac curved counters and everything in between.

- Some fitting and installing cabinetry on-site, ensuring proper alignment and finish

- Maintaining workshop safety standards and adhering to health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

- A Grade qualification or equivalent certification in Cabinet Making

- Proven experience of at least 5+ years working as a Cabinet Maker in a professional environment

- Expert knowledge of woodworking machinery, including blum machine, router, panel saws, edgers and CNC equipment

- Strong understanding of building curved cabinetry, laminating, using adhesives, and finishing products

- Able to build a high end kitchen from beginning to installation, including the correct markup of 2pac

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately





- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality

- A reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to installation sites as required - using company vehicles

- Current understanding of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices

- Preferred experience in high-end residential or commercial office installations
