About the role

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Retail Manager to join our small team at Beaumont Tiles Penrith. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team by providing exceptional customer service to help our clients create their dream spaces. This is a full-time position based in our Penrith showroom, Saturday work is a must.

What you'll be doing

- Engage with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences

- Provide expert advice on tile, stone and other flooring and wall covering products

- Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom ware products to suit their style and budget

- Manage the ordering and delivery process for customer projects

- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients

- Collaborate with the wider team to support the growth and success of the business

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a sales or design consultant role within the home improvement or home furnishings industry

- Strong product knowledge of tiles, natural stone,



and other flooring and bathroom ware products

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen, understand and translate customer needs

- A demonstrated track record of providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships

- A creative eye and passion for interior design and home improvement

- A desire to lead others mainly by example

- Direct reporting and access to the owners for guidance as required

- Forklift licence is a desirable addition for emergency coverage
