Our client is a well recognised, trusted and loved food brand. For more than 50 years, this proud Australian owned family business has been manufacturing and importing an expanding range of products that help everyday people effortlessly create authentic Asian-inspired food moments. As they continue an exciting new stage in their growth, they need to recruit a results-oriented QA skilled to help ensure smooth daily operations and business growth initiatives are delivered.

Your role will be to lead and implement all aspects of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance to ensure that all products consistently meet internal quality specifications, protect and enhance brand reputation. A key project will be extending existing ISO accreditation to GFSI standards. As the sole dedicated QA resource you will lead and maintain the Quality Assurance and Food Safety Management System and drive a culture of continuous improvement at every stage of business operations .



This will include approving and auditing imported product suppliers and manufacturers for raw material compliance.

You will work closely with the Product Development Manager to approve formulations, validate ingredients, ensure regulatory compliance, to support product trials and scale-up plans. Most importantly you will focus on providing information and insights that contribute to the making of great business decisions, opens the door to operational improvements and helps maintain the momentum for exploring bold ideas.

Tertiary qualified your track record of success in food production quality assurance will reflect your hands-on approach and focus on delivering outcomes. Your key strengths will include outstanding communication skills, analytical capabilities and high attention to detail.
