The Company Our client is an established Australian-owned builder with a long-standing presence in the Sydney construction market.

The business delivers a diverse range of projects across education, aged care & retirement, health and commercial, including new build, refurbishment and complex live-environment projects.

Due to a solid pipeline of secured and upcoming projects, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.

The Role You will take ownership of projects valued up to $50M, working closely with the Construction Manager and leading your site and commercial teams through delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Manage projects from pre-construction through delivery and handover
- Lead Site Managers, Contract Administrators and project staff




- Oversee programme, procurement, design and subcontractor management
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, reporting and commercial outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Drive safety, quality and programme across the project

About You
- Experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a head contractor
- Strong new-build / Fit-out construction experience
- Background across commercial, education, health, aged care or similar projects
- Proven experience delivering projects in the $20M–$50M+ range
- Strong leadership, client management and commercial skills
