What will you be doing?

As a Service Advisor, you'll be one of the main points of contact for our customers when they bring their vehicles in for servicing and repairs.

You'll greet customers, organise bookings, keep them updated on their vehicles and work closely with our technicians to make sure everything runs smoothly.

It's a varied role where communication,



organisation and looking after people are just as important as automotive knowledge.

Who are we looking for?

Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience is not necessary.

We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude who:

- Enjoys dealing with people and providing great customer service

- Communicates confidently and professionally

- Is organised and comfortable in a busy environment

- Can manage multiple priorities

- Enjoys being part of a team

- Is willing to learn and develop

- Takes pride in doing a job well

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration or a similar people-focused role would be highly regarded.
