About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a leading manufacturer based in Dandenong South.

This is a casual morning shift position with ongoing and long-term work available for suitable candidates.

The role is suited to applicants with previous manufacturing experience in Australia, particularly within GMP-regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating and monitoring production machinery

- Supporting manufacturing line operations





- Basic packing and quality checking duties

- General manual handling tasks

- Following workplace safety and hygiene standards

Pay Rate Guide

Day Shift

- Process Workers - $33.05/Hrs

- Machine Operators - $33.85/Hrs

- Warehouse Person - $36.81/Hrs

Afternoon Shift

- Process Workers - $38.01/Hrs

- Machine Operators - $38.93/Hrs

- Warehouse Person - $47.85/Hrs

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Full Australian working rights (Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen)

- Previous Machine Operator experience in Australia

- GMP manufacturing experience highly regarded

- GMP experience highly regarded

- Reliable and committed to long-term employment

- High-Reach & Counter Balancing Experience (Forklift Drivers)
