About the role:
Working directly on landmark high-rise projects across Brisbane, you'll play a central role in driving day-to-day engineering and construction outcomes. This is a hands-on position with real influence. You'll be coordinating and leading Project Managers, Site Managers, and trade subcontractors, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality and safety

What You'll be doing:

- Lead and coordinate Project Managers, Site Managers, and trade subcontractors across active high-rise construction sites, keeping teams aligned and programmes on track.
- Monitor project progress against program, identify risks early, and implement practical solutions to keep delivery on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee quality assurance, WHS compliance, and technical documentation across all phases of construction.
- Act as a key communication bridge between site teams, consultants, and the client,



managing expectations and maintaining robust working relationships across all stakeholders.
- Review and coordinate technical drawings, RFIs, and engineering queries to ensure accurate and timely resolution on site.

Who we're looking for:

- Experienced Project Engineer / Project Manager.
- Ideally a high-rise background with demonstrated ability to lead site teams and manage complex vertical construction programmes.
- Tertiary qualified.
- Confidence to manage and influence Project Managers, Site Managers, and trade subcontractors.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
