We are looking for a warm, professional and passionate Front Desk / Dermal Therapist / Massage Therapist to join our growing aesthetic and wellness clinic.

This is a diverse role suited to someone who loves beauty, skin, wellness and exceptional client experiences. You will be an integral part of the team, creating a welcoming environment for clients while providing high-quality dermal and massage treatments.

About the Role

This position combines front-of-house reception, client coordination and hands-on treatment services. You will work closely with our clinical and wellness team to ensure every client receives a professional and personalised experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Experience

- Welcome and warmly greet clients

- Manage bookings, appointments, cancellations and enquiries

- Answer phone calls, emails and social media enquiries

- Process payments and manage POS systems

- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes

- Assist with opening and closing procedures

- Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area

- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships

- Assist with retail skincare sales and product recommendations

- Support the team with daily clinic administration

Dermal Therapy

- Perform qualified skin treatments within your qualifications and scope of practice

- Skin consultations and treatment planning

- Perform treatments such as facials, skin needling, IPL and other approved dermal therapies





- Educate clients on appropriate home-care routines

- Recommend professional skincare products based on individual skin concerns

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, infection control and treatment-room presentation

Massage Therapy

- Provide professional massage treatments within your qualifications and scope of practice

- Conduct appropriate client consultations

- Tailor treatments to individual client needs

- Maintain a calm, relaxing and professional treatment environment

- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and maintained to a high standard

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Qualified in Dermal Therapy, Beauty Therapy and/or Massage Therapy

- Confident, friendly and approachable

- Passionate about skin, beauty, wellness and the aesthetic industry

- Professional and well-presented

- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

- Organised and able to multitask in a busy environment

- Confident recommending skincare and treatments

- Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic

- Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience

Previous experience is required
