About the role

We are seeking experienced GPS Grader & Dozer Operators to join our team at Bajara Plant Hire Pty Ltd to work on multiple large-scale projects throughout Brisbane.

What you'll be doing

- Safely operate and maintain equipment to a high standard

- Working efficiently, and following site instructions

- Showcasing your experience and offering support where needed

- Carry out pre-start checks and basic maintenance on assigned machinery

- Communicate effectively with the site foreman and other construction workers to complete tasks efficiently

- Adhere to all safety regulations and site procedures

- Assist with loading and unloading of plant equipment as required

What we're looking for

- Operators must be highly experienced on Graders & Dozers. GPS/UTS experience is a MUST.

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Grader or Dozer operator.

- Formal qualifications (RII Ticket) in operating relevant earthmoving equipment, such as an RII Grader ticket.

- Understanding of construction site safety procedures and a commitment to workplace health and safety

- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with others on site

- Reliability and a can-do attitude to get the job done

- Current Construction White Card and valid Australian driver's license

- Must have permanent Australian work rights or appropriate visa to work in Queensland

- Immediate start
