This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Junior Agent or experienced Sales Associate looking to build their career, develop their local market knowledge and progress within a supportive team.

The Role:

- Build strong relationships within the local community
- Run open homes and assist with inspections
- Prospect and cold call to generate new business
- Follow up with buyers and vendors
- Prepare and distribute mail-outs
- Liaise with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Coordinate pest & building inspections
- Assist with advertising and marketing campaigns
- Deliver outstanding, personalised service to every client
- Develop strong knowledge of the Lower North Shore market

About You:

- Current Driver’s Licence and your own car
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Previous real estate experience - sales or leasing experience considered
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Well presented,



confident and professional
- Highly motivated with a genuine interest in building a career in sales
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Local area knowledge is highly regarded
- Comfortable working Saturdays
