Job Overview

At Avira Dental, we’re looking for a warm, confident and highly organised Front Office & Patient Enquiry Coordinator to be one of the first points of contact for our patients.

This role combines front office reception with inbound patient enquiries, helping patients from their very first phone call through to their visit to our practice.

You’ll manage incoming calls and enquiries, assist patients with questions, coordinate appointments and provide an exceptional experience both over the phone and in person.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer and manage inbound patient calls, emails and online enquiries.

- Understand patient needs and confidently answer general questions about our services.

- Book and coordinate new and existing patient appointments.

- Follow up enquiries and assist patients through the booking process.

- Welcome and check in patients attending the practice.

- Manage appointment confirmations, cancellations and rescheduling.

- Process payments, invoices and health fund claims.

- Maintain accurate patient information and communication records.

- Work closely with our clinical and patient journey teams to ensure seamless handovers.





- Deliver a consistently warm, professional and patient-focused experience.

About You

- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.

- Warm, approachable and confident when speaking with patients.

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and enquiries.

- Confident using computers, CRM or booking systems.

- Previous call centre, reception, hospitality, sales or healthcare experience is highly regarded.

- Dental experience is an advantage but not essential.
