About the role

Trainee Swimming Pool Technician position with on-the-job training provided. You will work in a friendly team environment with a growing family-owned business offering globally recognised brands.

Key responsibilities

- Pool cleaning - leaf scooping, brushing, vacuuming of pools
- Cleaning pool baskets, filters and chlorinator cells
- Testing and balancing of pool chemicals
- Adjusting chlorinator, pump and controller settings
- Maintenance and cleaning of pool cleaners
- Recording of service job notes and activities in the company database in a timely manner
- Equipment repairs and plumbing
- Installation of recent pool equipment and removal of old
- Troubleshooting pool equipment issues and rectifying
- Interaction with customers on-site
- Unloading and shelf packing of pool salt and chemicals
