Our current technicians are earning an additional $10K–$15K a year through commissions and performance rewards.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work across residential and commercial properties throughout South-East Queensland, including:

- General pest control

- Termite inspections

- Termite treatments and management systems

- Pest identification and problem solving

- Using modern inspection and detection equipment

- Investigating difficult pest and termite problems

- Explaining findings and recommendations to customers

- Helping customers understand how to protect their property

- Building strong, long-term relationships with our clients

This isn't about simply turning up and spraying chemicals.

Great pest control requires you to investigate, think, communicate and solve problems.

You'll be a technician, problem solver, educator and trusted advisor to our customers.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Pest & Termite Technician who wants a long-term career with a company that values doing things properly.

Someone who takes genuine pride in being good at what they do — not because someone is watching, but because that's the standard they expect from themselves.

You'll probably fit our team if you:

- Hold current Pest Management and Termite Management licences

- Have hands-on pest and termite industry experience

- Hold a current manual driver's licence

- Are confident communicating with customers

- Are reliable and organised

- Have strong attention to detail

- Enjoy solving problems

- Want to continue learning and improving

- Take responsibility rather than making excuses

- Enjoy being part of a team

- Want your performance to be recognised and rewarded
