Friday's Sea-Doo & Can-Am are looking for a Parts and Retail Assistant to assist with our Sales and Parts

All rounder with excellent interpersonal skills

The role will encompass all aspects of the business. You will be working in-store as part of our team and will be required to be flexible and versatile in the work you will be required to undertake.

Minimum Requirements:

This position will see you working in the store, liaising with customers and ordering/maintaining Parts. As such, you will need a broad skill base that MUST include:

Excellent communication skills – both face-to-face and over the phone.

Must be bubbly & enthusiastic!

Strong customer service – past experience in sales is desirable or demonstrated skill in dealing with the public.

Computer skills – a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as general email skills.

As the job will require you to be working on the showroom floor, you will also need to be able to turn your hand to tasks such as stock pricing, labelling, detailing jetskis, general cleaning, and replenishing stock.

To fulfil this role, you will need to demonstrate the following personal attributes:





- Assist customers with parts and accessory enquiries for Sea-Doo watercraft and Can-Am products

- Maintain a clean, organised, and well stocked retail area

- Energetic and show initiative to work in a fastpaced environment

- Able to learn on the job, fast learner!

- Ability to work unsupervised

- Listen and follow instructions correctly

- A adaptable approach to work where you must take the initiative, prioritise work, manage pressure and complete day-to-day tasks

- Be confident, friendly, and be comfortable in a sales environment

- Have an eye for detail

- Excellent presentation and superior communication skills

- Be able to work as part of a team and able to handle additional responsibilities as required

- Be punctual and be willing to work additional hours as required

Position will be casual weekend work is a must!
