About the role

We are seeking a casual Wholesale Bread Sales & Client Care Assistant to support our wholesale operations, nurture relationships with existing customers, and help onboard new clients. This role combines customer service with on-the-road client care, ensuring our partner cafés, restaurants, and stockists receive the best possible service from day one.

Key responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for existing wholesale clients

- Manage daily and weekly orders with accuracy and efficiency

- Visit clients regularly to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction

- Liaise with production and delivery teams to guarantee smooth supply

- Share product updates

- Resolve client issues quickly and professionally

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback

- Onboard current wholesale clients – set up accounts, explain ordering processes, introduce product range, and ensure smooth transition

- Prepare & submit weekly sales and client activity reports to management

- Track client satisfaction





About you

- Experience in wholesale sales, account management, or hospitality (preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly organised with attention to detail and reporting

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Interest in artisan bread and food culture

- Valid driver's licence required
