TalentLink has been engaged to recruit a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst for a highly successful ASX-listed global organisation with operations across 20+ countries.

Position Available:
This is a broad, commercially focused role sitting within a specialist Corporate Finance team and supporting senior stakeholders on key strategic and investment decisions.

It is an excellent chance for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys looking beyond the numbers – combining strong financial analysis with business insight to help influence decision-making across a complex global organisation.

Key Duties will include:

- Commercial & Strategic Analysis – Support key business decisions through financial analysis, market research, commercial insights and scenario modelling.
- Mergers & Acquisitions – Lead global acquisition activity, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis and assessment of potential investment opportunities.
- Financial Modelling & Forecasting – Develop and review financial models, forecasts, business cases and capital funding requests.
- Transformation Projects – Play a key role in major group-wide transformation and strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholders – Partner with senior stakeholders across the business,



providing clear financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

About you:
The ideal person for the role will be a corporate finance professional from Big 4 Transactional Services or who is commercially astute and able to influence stakeholders - providing financial insight and analysis and lead M&A; activity.

Key requirements:

- CA, CPA or CFA qualified.
- Demonstrated financial analysis and financial modelling capability.
- Strong technical accounting and commercial finance knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate financial information into clear commercial insights.
- Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working across multiple priorities and deadlines.
