About the role

You'll be the vital link between our patients and clinical team, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional patient care.
Be our first point of contact and welcome patients with warmth & professionalism
Coordinate appointments, handle rescheduling, and managing patient flow efficiently




Respond to high volume calls and emails, answer enquiries and maintain accurate records
Go the extra mile! Whether you're supporting the clinical team or completing additional admin tasks

About you
You're an upbeat, personable administrator with a wonderful phone manner!
Reliable, proactive, and with strong multi-tasking skills
Proven experience on a busy front desk / reception
Available full-time, Mondays to Fridays.
Own vehicle and happy travelling to multiple practice locations
