The Role:

TMS are seeking an experienced Draftsman with Advance Steel knowledge to join our team on a full time basis. Experience in Structural, Mechanical & Piping Fabrication Drawings.

Your Responsibilities:
Preparing design and shop detailed work with Advanced Steel.
Working independently and as part of a team; as well as directly with a fabrication workshop & client.
Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
Work hours are above standard required for Full time and are paid hours.

What we are looking for:
Proven drafting experience (fabrication / engineering background preferred).
Experienced Advanced Steel user, with sound knowledge in Management Tools and Drawing Styles & Processes.
Strong work ethic & ability to work unsupervised.




High attention to detail, accuracy & confidentiality.
Analytical, critical thinking & problem-solving abilities.
Ability to liaise with clients and suppliers in a professional manner.
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a medium to large sized fabrication company.
Trade background preferred but not essential.
Hold a current Drivers Licence.
Must hold relevant tickets - Working at Heights, Confined space, White Card for site clearance
Current National Police check
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol Screen.

What we offer:
Full time hours ; Monday to Friday; 7am – 4pm (in office) 7am – 5pm (onsite)
$$ negotiable depending on experience and suitability
