About the role

Deliver exceptional customer service in all bar operations. Prepare and serve beverages responsibly and efficiently. Maintain a protected, clean and compliant bar environment.

Key responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional service to members, guests and visitors.
Process sales accurately through POS systems and handle cash in accordance with club procedures.
Check identification and ensure responsible service of alcohol requirements are met.
Maintain stock levels, replenish products and assist with stock rotation.
Prepare, clean and reset bar areas, glassware and service stations.
Respond to customer enquiries and escalate issues when required.
Support club promotions, events and functions.
Comply with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)



requirements.
Follow all Club policies, procedures and code of conduct.
Report maintenance issues, hazards, incidents and near misses promptly.

About you
Current RSA / RCG competency card.
Previous experience working in a busy bar, club, hotel or hospitality venue.
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
Take reasonable care for personal safety and the safety of others.
Use protected manual handling techniques and approved equipment.
