As an Internal Recruiter in the business services industry, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for the organisation. Based in Helensvale, this temporary position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process effectively.

Our client is a growing Australian business undergoing an exciting period of expansion and organisational change. They are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to support hiring across multiple business functions and partner closely with leaders to deliver quality recruitment outcomes.

Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, blue-collar and corporate positions
Source, screen and shortlist candidates aligned to both capability and culture
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and workforce plans
Coordinate interviews, offers and candidate communication throughout the process
Support onboarding, compliance requirements and employment documentation
Maintain a positive candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring quality hiring outcomes




Contribute ideas around recruitment process improvements and efficiencies

Profile
Previous internal or agency recruitment experience
Proven experience recruiting high-volume and/or blue-collar workforces
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
Proactive, adaptable and able to work autonomously
Experience recruiting across both blue collar and high volume roles will be highly regarded
Robust communication and organisational skills

Job Offer
$50-$55 per hour + super, based on experience
Immediate start chance
Minimum 2 days per week guaranteed for the first 3 months
Additional hours available in line with business hiring requirements
