Georgian Court Inn is looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Guest Services Attendant to join our team on a part time basis. Georgian Court Inn opens from 7.30am-7pm daily.

This is a varied hotel role, In addition to normal reception duties, the successful candidate will assist with easy breakfast preparation and service, housekeeping (HSK) tasks to help ensure our guests have a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay.

Key Responsibilities

Basic Reception Duties
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls, emails and guest enquiries.
Process bookings, payments and basic reservations.
Provide information about the hotel, local area and nearby attractions.
Maintain accurate reception records and complete basic administrative tasks.

Breakfast Service
Prepare & replenish a easy breakfast.
Clear tables and wash or organise dishes as required.(with dish washer)
Follow basic food safety and hygiene procedures.
Check breakfast supplies and report shortages.





Housekeeping / HSK Support
Assist housekeeping staff with basic cleaning duties when required, such as strip the dirty bedsheets, restocking amenities and linen.
Clean and maintain public areas, reception and other designated areas.
Help prepare rooms or public areas when required.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:
Previous experience(at least 1 year preferred) in a hotel front office or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varied shifts
Experience using a PMS (preferred only)
Full Australian working rights

Pay: $26.44 – $46.49 per hour
