Join our team at Grazeland Spotswood!

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Supervisor to lead our team every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Availability:
Must be available every Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Versatile to work evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing waffles, shakes, and desserts
Scooping and serving customers
Defrosting and preparing stock
Supervising day-to-day operations
Ensuring all procedures and food safety standards are followed
Overseeing staff performance, training, and workflow
Maintaining excellent customer service and a clean, organised work environment

What We’re Looking For:
Previous hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organised, and able to multitask
A positive attitude with a solid work ethic
