Axiom Precision Manufacturing is experiencing continued business growth and is seeking a friendly, organised and motivated Junior Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities for the role
Answering phones and greeting visitors
Ordering stationery and office consumables
Ensuring kitchens, lunchrooms and meeting rooms are clean, tidy and well stocked
Monitoring the company email
General administrative duties, including scanning, filing and invoice entry
Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be:
Friendly, enthusiastic and positive
Reliable and have a willingness to learn
Well organised with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.
Able to manage your time effectively
Required to hold a current Driver’s Licence
