Key Responsibilities




Deliver high-quality medication management services to aged care facilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and legislative requirements
Provide an exceptional customer experience across all interactions
Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions
Support, mentor, and supervise Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians
Assist Pharmacy Management in daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives

About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Experience in community and/or hospital pharmacy
Solid dispensing and clinical knowledge in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Ability to build trust with doctors, nurses, and aged care teams
A team player aligned with our values and commitment to excellence
