We’re expanding! Due to increased business, we’re looking for full-time Branch Managers to lead our teams at our Blacktown Branch

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Branch Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your branch’s success. Your leadership will inspire your team, boost performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Champion exceptional customer service standards
Drive sales, revenue growth, and branch profitability
Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management
Lead, coach, and develop a young, vibrant frontline team
Oversee financial performance, fleet, inventory, and daily operations
Deliver accurate reporting and performance insights

What You Bring:

We’re looking for confident, commercially minded leaders who take pride in ownership and performance.

You must have:
Proven car rental industry experience




Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience, ideally in a multi-site or rapid-paced workplace
Solid leadership presence with confidence and self-belief
A customer-first mindset with strong sales and commercial instincts
An entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner, not just an employee
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Flexibility to work across locations and weekends when required
