Nuvoletta Gelateria in Carnegie is looking for an energetic, reliable, and passionate Shop Supervisor to join our team on a full time, long-term contract. Oversee day-to-day shop operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere for our community.
Manage stock, maintain inventory, and ensure the gelato display is perfectly presented.
Support and guide casual staff during busy afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

Prior experience scooping gelato with traditional spatulas is highly preferred.
