Boilermakers, Welders & Site Workers Wanted

We are currently looking for motivated and reliable Boilermakers and Welders to join our team.

We also welcome candidates who are recent to the industry but have some experience in grinding, rigging or workshop work. Entry-level candidates may have the opportunity to start as a Trade Assistant (T/A) and develop their skills on the job.

We also have opportunities available for Site Installation Workers and Mechanical Fitters.

About the Role

Depending on your experience and qualifications, your responsibilities may include:
Reading and interpreting drawings, work orders and production schedules
Fabricating structural steel, plate and pipe to specifications
Carrying out structural repairs and modifications
Selecting, cleaning and preparing metal stock, tools and equipment
Using cutting, welding and boilermaking equipment safely and effectively
Fitting and assembling metal components using riveting, bolting and welding techniques
Operating machinery, equipment and tools in a protected and appropriate manner




Working effectively as part of a team and following site safety requirements
Successfully completing relevant weld tests where required

Skills & Requirements
Trade qualification – Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) preferred
Previous experience in boilermaking, welding, fabrication, mechanical fitting or site installation
Ability to pass relevant weld tests 3G/4G
Relevant tickets and licences, such as:
White Card
Confined Space
Working Safely at Heights
High Risk Licences – LF & EWP
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Valuable work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn
Full working rights in Australia
