Our client specialises in supporting the mechanical services industry across commercial construction projects. With extensive capabilities in steel manufacturing, metalwork, piping systems, stainless services, prefabrication and onsite support, they are seeking a Project Support Admin Officer to join their team in Mordialloc.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an organised and reliable administration professional to provide essential support across a busy project setting.
Key responsibilities include:
Estimating jobs and preparing basic project information
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Providing general administrative and project support
Assisting with project documentation and coordination
Liaising with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly
Supporting day-to-day office and project requirements
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous administration or project support experience
Strong data entry and computer skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A robust work ethic and positive attitude
Previous experience within the steel, metal fabrication or mechanical services industry is highly desirable
Construction or manufacturing industry experience will also be highly regarded
Working Hours
Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-3:30pm
Friday: 7:30am-1:30pm
