With ongoing expansion and current developments, we require a energetic manager to oversee both operational and commercial management of our car parks to ensure maximum occupancy, optimal asset performance, and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include:
Day-to-day management and operational support for all car park and commercial property sites
Supervision of car park attendants and coordinate property management teams.
Compliance with WH&S; and other legislative requirements
Preparation and presentation of management reports
Coordination of all aspects of leasing arrangements




Work with marketing professionals to conceive and implement marketing initiatives to develop and maintain business

What we are looking for:
Operational and management experience - minimum of two years in a similar role
Well organised with high level of administrative skills
Excellent customer service
Energy and initiative to drive business
Car Park, Commercial Real Estate or Property Management experience is well regarded
Computer literacy with knowledge of Excel, Word and Xero (or similar)
Current drivers license and own transport is essential
