About the Role
We are currently seeking a customer support officer to join a busy and supportive Family Care team.

Working as the first point of contact for families and centres, you will play a key role in managing enquiries, supporting enrolments, and building positive relationships with families during a period of growth and change.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and email enquiries from families and childcare centres
Support families through the enrolment process and provide general information
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Monitor shared inboxes and maintain accurate records and case notes.
Build strong relationships with families and centre teams through transparent and supportive communication
Work collaboratively within a close-knit Family Care team in a fast-paced environment

Full-time hours,



Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm
$36 per hour + superannuation

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in customer service or contact centre environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a relationship-focused approach
Confidence managing enquiries and supporting families in a professional and empathetic manner
Experience within childcare, NDIS, community services, or child safety environments will be highly regarded
A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team workplace
Ability to commence immediately
