Live Onsite Caretaker & Gardener ( Accommodation Provided)

We are seeking a dependable and practical Live Onsite Caretaker & Gardener to manage the day-to-day care, maintenance, and presentation of our hotel property. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, gardening, and living onsite as part of their employment.

Key Responsibilities
General property caretaking and basic maintenance repairs
Gardening and grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, watering, weeding, and plant care
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of outdoor areas and common spaces
Monitoring site security and responding to after-hours issues
Liaising with management and external contractors when required
Providing limited guest assistance outside normal hours
Ensuring the property remains protected, tidy,



and well maintained at all times

About You
Previous experience in caretaking, maintenance, or gardening/groundskeeping preferred
Practical handyman skills and a proactive approach
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable, trustworthy, and physically fit
Willing to live onsite and be on call as required
