An established and growing engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across a portfolio of mining and minerals processing projects.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded engineering qualified with a strong track record in project delivery, team leadership and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Drive engineering quality, performance and project delivery outcomes.
Manage engineering resources, capability and workforce planning.
Oversee project schedules, budgets and technical risk.
Provide technical and commercial leadership across projects.
Mentor engineers and support succession planning.
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.




Contribute to business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You
Degree qualified Engineer.
Extensive leadership experience within mining, minerals processing or resources.
Proven success delivering complex engineering projects.
Robust commercial and strategic capability.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
MBA or postgraduate business qualification highly regarded.
